We should also add - the true test of a successful consultant is not just their ability to satisfy academic qualifications or to have chartered status to be listed on a 'register' / At S.e.H. we also require a proven track record of practical experience, experience in managing others and effective communication of meaningful and realistic solutions that satisfy all relevant legal requirements. This being on the basis, the real issue that matters is how well the Client understands and interprets the advice and puts it into practice and whether their actions are then monitored for adequacy and effectiveness
